We had a delightful stay at this charming guesthouse in Goa. The hosts, Joe and Marietta, were incredibly warm and hospitable. The rooms were well-maintained and the location was perfect, just a short distance from the beach. The breakfast provided was delicious and ample. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

the breakfast was tasty and filling. the quiet neighborhood where the hotel is located offers a peaceful atmosphere to relax and forget the city hustle. We also enjoyed the warm welcome from the helpful staff.
The beach is quite far away from the hotel, which is not helpful for beach goers. there are not too many good restaurants nearby to offer a variety of food choices.

Spent my Christmas holidays at a lovely guesthouse. The rooms were super clean, and had 24/7 hot water supply. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and snacks. The location was perfect - it was close to the city centre and the beach. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.
The guesthouse had poor WiFi reception in the rooms, but we could easily access it on the terrace outside. Would have loved more amenities in the room.

We had a great stay here! The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and within walking distance of St. Anthony's Chapel. The hotel itself was sparkling clean, and the facilities provided were exactly what we needed. Additionally, transportation was easy to find with the option of renting a scooter right outside the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay that much better.

The guesthouse is located in a convenient area, close to Calangute Market and with easy access to public transportation. it's not very close to the beach, so walking to the sea might take some time. the room and bathroom are clean and well-equipped, with daily housekeeping and warm shower. the hosts are helpful and accommodating, providing suggestions on where to find cheap transport and what places to visit. the complimentary breakfast is tasty and satisfying, with a good quantity of food.
There might be some mosquitoes around the property.
